All 1-2-1 bookings will require the full session fee upfront to secure your date and time slot.
It is advisable to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Those that book weekly session will have the opportunity to have first shout a spot, e.g. if you do a session on a Wednesday at 2pm, you will have first choice for the Wednesday at 2pm slot for the following week. The cancellation terms still stand in this instance.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule, this must be done at least 48 hours before the time of the session otherwise you will be liable to pay the full fee for the session booked.
For sessions booked within 24 hours, e.g. you enquire on a Monday and want to book a session for the Tuesday, the required payment needs to be paid before the session. And this will automatically become non-refundable.
