Mini Terms and Conditions
Deposit & Cancellations
To book your first session or consultation, we ask for a £150 deposit. This holds your spot and becomes non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Booking Confirmation
Your session is only confirmed once we’ve received your payment and you’ve signed our full Terms of Service document. Until then, your spot isn’t guaranteed.
Weekly Sessions & Priority Booking
If you book weekly sessions, you’ll get first dibs on your regular slot. So, if you usually come on Wednesdays at 2pm, you’ll have the option to keep that time each week. Just a heads-up — the 48-hour cancellation policy still applies, even for recurring bookings.
Payment Plans
If we’ve agreed to a payment plan, we trust that you’ll stick to it. If it’s broken, we may need to ask for the full remaining amount or cancel the agreement altogether. This also applies if the full Terms of Service are breached.
Last-Minute Bookings (within 24 hours)
If you’re booking a session that’s less than 24 hours away (say you book on Monday for Tuesday), payment is due upfront. This payment is non-refundable, even if something comes up.
Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
By UK law, if you book online or over the phone, you normally have 14 days to cancel (the “cooling-off period”). But if your session is due to happen during that 14-day window, by booking it, you agree to start the service straight away and give up that right. Our standard 48-hour cancellation policy still applies.
Missed Sessions (No-Shows)
If you miss your session without giving notice, the session will be marked as used and won’t be refunded or carried over. We know life happens, but please do let us know in advance where possible.
Late Starts
If your session starts late due to delays on your side (outside of a valid reason like an emergency or agreed change), we’ll still do our best with the time remaining. However, sessions will finish at the originally scheduled time, and we’re not able to offer partial refunds.
Training Results
Every dog is different, and progress depends on consistency, practice, and your commitment outside of sessions. We’ll give you the tools, guidance, and support — but we can’t guarantee specific results or timelines.
Support Outside of Sessions
Some programmes include support outside of sessions (like messaging or email). These details will usually be listed in the programme description — but feel free to ask if you’re not sure what’s included.
